Steve has done all billing for my independent, sole-proprietor, clinical psychology practice for the last 12 years. I fax him daily using a ledger made to fit my practice. We also communicate by text, email and, on occasion, by phone. He is easy to reach and communicates clearly. I can't recommend Steve Wilson's billing service highly enough. After the Covid shutdown, my in-office billing service went remote, and unfortunately billing just didn't happen. Our practice was saved by working with Steve, who was able to track down missing checks and EOBs, reinstating our practice back to financial stability. We have been with him ever since and referred several therapy practices to him for their billing.

I have to admit that it did seem strange to use someone for help with billing for my independent private practice that did not live near me....as I had done for the prior 15 years. I probably spoke with at least eight other billers and to my surprise very few were local. So, I decided to go with Steve Wilson especially after I did go to Gainesville to meet him. He is efficient and responsive. In addition, although not necessarily requisite he is kind and patient. And, his prices are the best I found.
